W trakcie tłumaczenia zastanawiałam się przez moment nad ‘judical authority’ – to ‘organ wymiaru sprawiedliwości’.
Co w tym kontekście (bo tłumaczymy zawsze w kontekście znaczy judical authority?
O jaki organ może chodzić? Jak myślicie?
